Definition
- Am Ende des Herstellungsprozesses tritt das Glas im Gegensatz zur Glasscheibe als Tafel aus und kann für die notwendigen Formate zugeschnitten werden, Flachglas. Die älteste Technologie ist das Gussglas. Zum Tafelglas gehören weiterhin Zylinderglas und Tellerglas. [Noky 1996] (de)
